Our ordering process is fairly straight forward. Just click the add to cart button associated with the product you wish to purchase. When purchasing pendants, pendant sets, or multistone neckpieces - you will be required to make a chain/neckwire selection before the item can be added to the shopping cart. All pendants are priced to include one of our standard chains. Once you have added the item to your shopping cart you can use the buttons below your order to continue shopping, update your cart, or proceed to the checkout.

All of our pendants are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, pendants. This means the one you see in the picture is the one you get. Please do not change pendant quantities to more than 1 on our order form as this will delay the processing of your order. Thank You

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payments via PayPal, credit card by phone (Mastercard & Visa only), money order, and personal check. Paying by check or money order will delay shipment of your order until payment is received. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check has cleared.
What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
If you are uncomfortable giving your credit card over the internet, you can give it to us over the phone, or you can choose one of our other payment options.
When will you ship my order?
With the exception of custom sized and made to order pieces, orders received by 6pm CST are shipped the following business day.

We ship only to US addresses. All packages are shipped US Priority Mail and are insured for the product value. Shipping and handling charges are as follows...

Is EXPRESS shipping available?
We can ship via USPS Express Mail for 1-2 day delivery to most US locations. Express Mail shipping charges are dependant on package size/weight with the minimum charge starting at $14.40. Please call in to make arrangements for Express shipping.
