Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 10 days of your receipt, for a refund of your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. PLEASE NOTE: Items must be returned in good condition with the original packing materials and a copy of your receipt/invoice.

30 Day Repair Policy
Silvermoon Stonewear is guaranteed against breakage occurring from normal wear for 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please reference care and cleaning. If an item breaks within this time period it will be repaired free of charge as long as all of the original parts are returned. If any parts are lost due to breakage, we will make every effort to repair the item. If missing components are no longer available the item will be replaced with a similar item or a full refund will be offered. Please contact us with specifics.

Repairs After 30 Days
We do offer repairs on breakage occurring after 30 days. You may be charged for replacement parts on repairs after 30 days. For beaded items a restringing fee may apply. Please contact us with an explanation of the problem for an estimated cost of repair.

PLEASE NOTE: Silvermoon Stonewear will not be held responsible for shipping charges incurred on returns/repairs. These charges are at the expense of the customer. Additionally, we recommend you insure any returns for the retail value to protect against loss.
